Handmade epoxy resin enchanted forest unicorn pot

£9.50

A handmade resin pot featuring an enchanted forest/unicorn design.

The overall size of the pot is 8.6cm high with 7.4cm diameter.

The glitter gold and yellow pot was poured in two layers to create an interesting two tone effect. The bottom layer is yellow resin with chunky gold glitter and the top section is yellow.

The yellow pot is a single colour pot with resin with yellow pigment dye added. This colour retains some opacity whilst being a very vibrant colour - it almost looks like liquid amber.

The black and gold pot is poured using black resin and gold resin, both coloured with mica powders, simultaneously. There is a greater proportion of black resin than gold, and this has created a beautiful effect almost like burnished metal as you can see in the photo.

The pot could be used in a variety of ways such as on your dressing table to hold make-up brushes, lip liners etc.

I use some of mine in my workshop to hold small paint brushes, pipettes and stirring sticks.

The resin is also a very durable and water tight material, so the pot could be used with water for example to hold small fresh cut flower arrangements.
